For any question or problem with ClaroMap, email [email protected] from the address on your ClaroMap account, so we can find it. We reply by email.
What to include
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The device and browser you used, and a screenshot if it helps.
- The name of the topic involved, if there is one.
Never send your password, a full payment-card number, or a card security code. We will never ask for them.
Using ClaroMap in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini CLI
You can let an AI assistant you already use create, read and edit notes in your ClaroMap account. Add ClaroMap in the assistant, then sign in to your ClaroMap account and approve access when asked. Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Gemini CLI can alternatively use a personal token from Settings in ClaroMap.
- It isn't responding or can't see my topics. Check that you approved access with the same ClaroMap account that holds the topics. Then remove ClaroMap from the assistant's connected apps and add it again.
- A note was changed that I didn't expect. An assistant can rename a note or replace its content when you ask it to. Open the note in ClaroMap and edit it back, and tell us if the assistant acted without being asked.
- I want to stop an assistant's access. Remove ClaroMap from the assistant's connected apps. To end access from our side as well, email us from your account address and we will revoke it. Personal tokens can be regenerated in Settings at any time.
What an assistant can and cannot do, and what is shared, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
