ClaroMap is a mind-mapping tool with notes and AI-assisted features. By creating an account or using guest mode, you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to legally agree to these terms in your country to use ClaroMap.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You own everything you create in ClaroMap — your mind maps, notes, and uploaded images. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it to train AI models. We only process it as needed to provide the service (storing it, and sending it to an AI provider when you explicitly trigger an AI feature — see our Privacy Policy).
Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights.
The free plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance and a storage cap for images. Paid plans provide higher allowances. Current plans and prices are listed on our Pricing page; the final price, currency, taxes, and billing period are shown at checkout before payment.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled before the next renewal through the applicable billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not automatically refund previous payments. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund, including purchases made through Paddle where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
If you sign in or link your account with Google or Facebook, you're also subject to their own terms of service for that connection.
ClaroMap is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaroMap isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Keep backups of anything irreplaceable — while we take reasonable care with your data, no service is immune to data loss.
You can stop using ClaroMap and request deletion of your account at any time — see our data deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
